Victoria bell
Victoria Bell (she/hers) is a trailblazing advocate, community organizer, and fundraising force whose tireless work has uplifted and empowered trans, non-binary, and marginalized communities. For years, Victoria has been at the forefront of the fight for equity, inclusion, and social justice.
Victoria's groundbreaking journey began in 2017 at the Audrey Lorde Project, where she started her advocacy work and attended the Trans-Justice Initiative. It was there that she developed an unshakable sense of self-worth, learned to advocate for herself and her community, and found her voice as a leader.
From 2019 to 2021, Victoria made her mark as a fundraising and finance intern at the Sylvia Rivera Law Project (SRLP). Her visionary "What Would Be Possible" campaign with Director of Development & Finance, LGL Tenacity, in December 2019 raised an extraordinary $100,000, shattering expectations. In June 2020, LGL & Victoria "What Would Be Possible 2.0" campaign secured a staggering $300,000, with over $75,000 directed back to communities in need during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Victoria's impact extends far beyond fundraising. From 2021 to 2023, she volunteered with the Black and Brown Equity Coalition (BaBEC) in Fire Island, fighting for racial justice and equality. Today, as a Founding Collective Member of Radical Hearts Collective alongside Co-Founder & CEO Tenacity, Victoria continues to build transformative spaces for healing, empowerment, and activism.
Fueled by her own struggles to express her gender identity in her youth, Victoria's mission is to create a world where all people can live freely, authentically, and without judgment. Through her work at Exponents as a peer advocate and Community Ambassador, she champions the rights of those impacted by drug use, HIV, and the carceral system.
With every initiative, every campaign, and every community she uplifts, Victoria Bell proves that one person's unwavering commitment can change the world. Her visionary leadership, fundraising prowess, and boundless compassion have made her a beacon of hope for countless individuals. As she continues to shatter barriers and forge new paths, Victoria inspires us all to fight for a future where every voice is heard, every life is valued, and every dream is possible.
