Misty Jones (she/they) – is a multidisciplinary artist and advocate whose work spans acting, writing, generative art, and consulting on new plays and characters. A feminist and self-love advocate long before the terms were commonly popularized, Misty has consistently championed body positivity and authentic self-representation. Through her work, she confronts the rampant discrimination that alienates Black trans femmes who do not conform to societal expectations of thinness, lightness, or passing privilege. Misty advocates for a world where all trans femmes are empowered to claim space and be celebrated for their full selves.
